Pre-requisite: Read Section 4.1.
The main source of violence in the streets is from direct people abuse and bullying. However, there is a particular type of street violence associated with non-stop apparent respect behaviors-simultaneous with-real abuse behaviors (also known as respect-abuse). These respect-abuse behaviors cause cognitive dissonance. The result is, if the person is conscious of his apparent self-respect, he is psychologically blind to his self-abuse. Similarly, if the person sees his self-abuse, he becomes psychologically blind to his apparent self-respect. If the person sees both apparent self respect and self abuse he is still blind that respect-abuse of any kind is a crazy maker that results in the new crazy making properties of Chart 1 as referred to in Note 2 of Section 4.1.
A victimizer from outside the local community may use these respect-abuse behaviors to induce a trance in a child or adult. This is obtained by non-stop respect-abuse behaviors plus some need from the victimizer. This need may be as simple as the need of an adult or child not to be harassed as bullies do. Then, after only a few days the non-stop respect-abuse behaviors result in a mind enslavement trance. See 4.1 Notes 1 and 2.
This total mind enslavement trance is obtained by the outside of community abuser using the four steps of mind enslavement reviewed in Section 6.10. It cannot be emphasized enough that the new properties documented in Note 2 of Section 4.01 are empirical scientific facts and not theory or hypothesis. See Chart 1 referred to in Note 2 of Section 4.1 for scientific proof that the use of non-stop respect-abuse behaviors is a very real crazy maker leading to total mind enslavement. Furthermore, there is no way out of this mind enslavement trance by knowledge within our norm.
In this entranced mind enslavement state, the victimizer may switch to apparently civil behavior. This causes the entranced victim to automatically switch to apparent civil behavior. However, this is not normal civil behavior because of the built-in trigger within the entranced victimized adult or child. As an example, when the once entranced victimized adult or child becomes physically and/or psychologically overloaded, this victim triggers into an entranced respect-abuse mind state. Furthermore, once entranced, the victim can be induced into this triggered trance in seconds. In this triggered mind state, the victims behave against their own self-rules and claim they are acting within their own self-rules. All this is happening without conscious awareness. In addition, this victim entranced by non-stop respect-abuse behaviors, now exhibit respect-abuse symptoms that are highly contagious. The result is that another adult or child that is dependent on the entranced adult or child becomes mind enslaved the very same way. In this irrational mind state, an entranced adult could turn to irrational maiming and killing if the victimizer's self rules allow for maiming or killing. Similarly, in this irrational mind state an entranced child could turn to bullying if the victimizer's self rules allow for bullying. All this is without conscious awareness it is happening.
An Anti Civilized person using non-stop contrary to civil behavior from outside the community can easily mind enslave the local community mind enslaver and with him or her, he can mind enslave the entire community. In that case, the Anti Civil person as mind enslaver exhibits a value system equivalent to the worst mind enslaver outside the community.
In this irrational mind state one adult could turn to irrational aggressive maiming or killing of another adult or child. Meanwhile, other community people could turn to maiming or killing by irrational self-defense and even killing their selves. The killing can happen by identification with a victimizer capable of killing his victims. The killing of self arises from irrational revolt against the victimizer. The mind then tries to eliminate the false identity within the victim. Unfortunately the elimination of the false self within the victim irrationally eliminates the Self too.
Countering Peace-Incitement And Community Mind Enslavement:
The Peace-Inciter uses apparent Respect-simultaneous with-real Abuse to get the victim within the mob to identify with him. However, most of the subsequent Peace-Inciters are victims themselves.
The victimized Peace-Inciter, entranced adults and entranced children can be awakened by Safeguarded Countermeasures To Counter Mind Enslavement Systems 2.0, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3. What this means is that the victimized Peace-Inciter, entranced adults and entranced children can be retrained to the Safeguarded Life oriented way with the aid of social workers and the courts.
The courts and social workers are to ensure that the victimized Peace-Inciter as well as former entranced adults and former entranced children continue to practice Safeguarded Countermeasures To Counter Mind Enslavement Systems 2.2 Safeguarded Life Oriented Way. The alternative is a prison sentence.
